We want you to get the best out of your jewellery; as you know all silver plated and sterling silver jewellery will inevitably tarnish over time but we want you to get longevity out of your beautiful new jewellery, so here are a few tips to help you care for your new bracelet! 

- As easy as it is to do, try not to fall asleep in your jewellery as they don’t respond well to being pulled or put under pressure!

- Take them off before bathing or showering, the last thing you need is for any bracelets getting stuck in your hair during a rinse and repeat! Some of our bracelets could lose their colour if exposed to chemicals and water so best to avoid.

- Avoid wearing your bracelets during sports!! It is not only bad for the bracelets but depending on the sports, it’s also not ideal for you, so be careful please.

- Avoid chemicals, things like sun cream, hair dye, tan etc – I know it sounds obvious but just to be on the safe side, this is your polite reminder!

- Keep your sterling silver jewellery in the box when not wearing it to reduce the risk of the silver oxidising (the small black anti tarnish strip within the box are there to prevent tarnishing) and use an anti tarnish cloth regularly to keep your bracelet clean and sparkling!

- Lastly, by keeping your bracelets clasped when you’re not wearing them will keep them from knotting.

For UK Standard and Premium delivery, we will dispatch your order on the same day if the order is placed before 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched the following day, except orders made after 3pm on Friday which will be dispatched the following Monday (excl Bank Holidays). For UK 24 Hour Tracked delivery, we will dispatch your order on the same day if the order is placed before 15:00. UK Premium Delivery - Free for orders £50.00 and over - This is a Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery service, which aims to deliver the next working business day (excludes bank holidays and weekends). You can upgrade to UK Premium Delivery for £3.50 if your order does not qualify for free.

UK Standard Delivery Tracked 48hr - £2.70

This is a Royal Mail Tracked 48hr delivery service, which aims to be delivered within the following 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Standard delivery rate of £2.70 will apply. Free standard delivery for orders over £25.00

UK 24 Hour Tracked Delivery - Free for orders over £50.00 - This is a Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery service which aims to deliver the next working day (excludes bank holidays and weekends) and includes compensation cover up to £100 and tracking to delivery point and SMS or email notifications. You can upgrade to UK 24 Hour Tracked Delivery for £3.50 if your order does not qualify for free.

Royal Mail 48 Delivery

This service does not require a signature and items will be posted through your letter box. If the item is too big to be posted, Royal Mail will leave a 'while you were out' card and you will be able to collect from your local sorting office. Alternatively, they will leave your item in a safe place. Deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days.*

Royal Mail 24 Delivery

This service does not require a signature and items will be posted through your letter box. If the item is too big to be posted, Royal Mail will leave a 'while you were out' card and you will be able to collect from your local sorting office. Alternatively, they will leave your item in a safe place. This is not a guaranteed next day service, however 96% of deliveries are made the next working day.*

*On the rare occasion your delivery may take slightly longer we ask that you allow 14 working days before contacting us if your parcel hasn't arrived as per Royal Mail's terms and conditions.

International Delivery

Customs & Duty

All items are shipped from the UK and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be paid by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due the carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

Delivery to Republic of Ireland

Please note you will not pay VAT with us when ordering from the Republic of Ireland however you will be responsible for paying Irish Tax (23%) plus an admin charge (min €14.50) upon delivery with DHL, your delivery charge does not cover this cost.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Returns Information

You can return an item to us within 30 days from receipt for either exchange or refund providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are for items that are engraved or any bespoke items.

You are responsible for postage costs associated with returning your item(s). We would advise that your item(s) are returned using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item then please contact us first and we will arrange to send you a free returns label.

Please note returns can take up to 3 working days to be processed from the date we have received them.
